Broccoli Parantha is a unique recipe made with the goodness of broccoli, oat flour, multi grain flour and melange of spices. Pair it up with super delicious Onion relish and curd.

Ingredients Of Multigrain Broccoli Parantha With Curd And Onion Chilli Relish

  1. 150 Gram Multi grain flour
  2. 40 gram Oat flour
  3. 35 gram Quinoa flourli>
  4. 30 ml Oil
  5. 60 ml Water
  6. 60 ml Milk
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 250 gram Grated broccoli
  9. 100 gram Boiled potatoes
  10. 1 tsp Chopped green chillies
  11. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  13. to taste Salt
  14. 1 tsp Garam Masala
  15. 2 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  16. 1/4 tsp Carrom seeds
  17. For Onion Chilli Relish
  18. 1 large Thinly sliced onion
  19. 1 Green chilli sliced
  20. 1 tsp Lime juice
  21. to taste Salt
  22. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

How to Make Multigrain Broccoli Parantha With Curd And Onion Chilli Relish

  1. In a big bowl, take multi grain flour, add oat flour, quinoa flour, oil and mix well. Then add water and milk and knead well to a soft dough. Keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile grate broccoli and add boiled mashed potatoes to it. Add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste, roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, garam masala, chopped coriander leaves and carrom seeds. Mix well.
  3. Now divide the dough into 6 and stuff it with the prepared stuffing and seal it properly.
  4. Roll it into 7 inches and cook on a griddle. Apply butter on both side and cook till nice brown on both side.
  5. To make chilli onion relish, take sliced onions & add lime juice, sliced green chillies, salt, chat masala & mix well.
  6. Serve hot with curd, pickle and chilli onion relish.
